Good morning, I am concerned to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding your experience with us and I am awfully sorry.The pictures are actual and also our maintenance is done day by day.In any case this review is done by anonymous and if you were our guest for sure need to know that in the bathroom is impossible to have mould and scruff due to the gress everywhere.Also due to our front office always at your disposal if you find all of these problems in the room why didn't you call us ?
