Zeer ruim, net en prettig appartement op steenworp afstand van de Duomo. Het hele centrum is goed bereikbaar en op loop afstand. Bij in en uitchecken prettig geholpen door Roberta en Eleonora.

Ligging op steenworp afstand van Duomo, tram om de hoek, dichtbij stopplaats hop on hop off bus, klein supermarkt aan overkant van de straat. In de straat en aan overkant goede etensmogelijkheden. Ruim opgezet appartement met afzonderlijk zitgedeelte, kastruimte en keukengedeelte. Appartement was zeer net en schoon. Mogelijkheid om koffie te zetten en eventueel te koken. Gezamenlijke buitenruimte wat ideaal is voor stadsappartement.

The apartment was in good location close to Duomo, Galleria and the main square with lots of shops and restaurants. The deluxe apartment was spacious with a kitchen and huge balcony area with seating. The bathroom however could use a update. It was a bit cramped (especially the shower) compared to the size of the rest of the apartment.

We were only in Milan for one night, but this apartment was excellent, beautiful property with easy access to everything. The Duomo is a short walk away and so is the Metro. Great location. Apartment was clean.

Excellent place to stay! The location was perfect. Very close to the Duomo. Walkable to the Last Supper, the canals, the castle, the galleria, everything! The neighborhood was clean, felt safe, and was quiet at night. The patio is a nice addition. The apartment was comfortable for our family of four. The manager was helpful and kind.

This property is nothing like on the advertised photos. Apartment is run down, walls are patched up and dirty, bathroom sink is wobbly, door frame to the master bedroom was broken and so was the terrace handle. It is absolutely nothing luxurious. One of the doors doesn't close. The sleeper sofa is uncomfortable. Shower is really uninviting, with broken door and dirty silicon everywhere. My family and I would never ever stay there again. It is overpriced, crappy apartment in a good location. The only positive was its location and comfortable bed. The apartment is in a need of total renovation. Planters on the terrace are empty and just have cigarettes butts in them... Shame to have a property in a prime location, charge exuberant rates and offer this standard. Never again. (P.S. We were contacted by the owner prior to our arrival and if you arrive after 9pm, they will charge you 50Euro for that....)

Nice apartments very near the Duomo di Milano. Check in was easy as we were met my the property manager on arrival time. The property had all the basic amenities and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Great place overall, very spacious. Great location. Sadly, no parking nearby even though we were clearly told that there was parking across the street (turned out to be about a 10 minute walk). Outdoor patio is shared between all apartments and you have to leave your apartment to access it.

overall the appartement was nice well placed near everything and the beds were so comfortoble and clean. but at our arrival no one was there ,the owner (i guess) called us to say that they are far from milan and it will take them one or two hours to be there so they ask the building concierge to gives us the keys ( she was very nice with us);the check in was made five hours later. plus there is no access by car to the street where the appartement is;we had to put our car on the nearst parking and stroll our luggage with the kids under 4.

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia, l’arredamento , l’ampiezza e comodità del letto, il bagno e la scelta dei colori e materiali., come pure la vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse. L’aria condizionata però non riaffrescava affatto. Io non la uso mai nemmeno al lavoro ma il caldo della casa me la faceva desiderare. Era fissata a 19 e non si notava differenze con quando era spenta.. anche dopo ore.consiglio decisamente un controllo del sistema.

Great location and lots of space!
Excellent location! just a couple of blocks from the Duomo di Milano. Also a lot of space, after jumping from hotel to hotel, this one actually felt like a home. It was nice getting some food from the market and having breakfast in our pijamas in the living room. Sole was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a well located apartment. It's very quiet as it's on a floor of a business building. Checkin was a little more hassle than it should have been and required my calling a few phone numbers to finally access the front desk. There are also trams around the area which can be a little loud if that bothers you. I would still recommend it if these issues don't bother you.

Liked the location much, just next to Milan Duomo. Also, the openness of the facility, the cleanliness, and the chic remodeling. And above all the attitude and responsiveness of Sole, the care taker. She and her staff made sure that we felt at home and welcomed. The weather was not optimal during our stay, with rain on the first day, and big change in temperature on the second day, so the location was a true blessing. Great choice. Again, a heartfelt "grazie" to Sole.

Modern Apartment in Cool Duomo Location
The apartment is a few blocks from the Duomo and the plaza which we visited almost every night. Most days we were sight seeing or taking trains to neighboring cities but it was nice to come home to a modern well appointed apartment in a great area.

The only thing we liked was Sole the manager as I had to deal with her regarding a few issues. She was lovely and understanding. We walked into room and it had a cold feeling, looked around and it was infested with mosquitoes. There were mosquitoes squashed on the walls yuk!! It smells damp in rooms as it’s a old building but refurbished rooms. The TV was smashed in the main room. No washing machine. We had to go and buy mosquito spray. I complained a few times and finally they supplied mosquitoe zappers and a bottle of wine for inconvenience. Shower head was terrible and broken too Only good things going for the apartment is location and Sole. For the price we paid and the problems it’s not worth it. Look elsewhere Never going bank here again

Excellente situation géographique, près du Duomo et des boutiques. Grande chambre et grande salle-de-bain. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Par contre le drain de la douche était bloqué et l'air climatisé ne pouvait être changé de température et l'air était froid. On a apprécié les conseils et l'accueil d'Éléonore et les gratuités au frigo. Dans l'ensemble un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
