Affordable, nice, clean, even a bidet in the bathrooms, very friendly staff, superb area. BUT: ongoing construction in the building. At 8 am very loud jackhammer started. I was lucky that I had to get up around 8:30. But Friday it started even earlier. I’d give it actually 5 stars otherwise. Given the price and location. But they should have mentioned the construction

Det här var ett Hotel som inte borde få lov att kalla sig ”Boutique”..! Det var som en (snuskig) studentkorridor med slitna rum; parketten hade smuts och spår av många som gått på den. Färgen på väggarna i badrummet flagnade på flera ställen och golvet i duschen var smutsigt och snuskigt. Air condition funkade inte och man var tvungen att stänga av alla element och öppna fönster för att få luft - då fick man dessvärre stå ut med oljud från innergården..

Foi uma boa estadia. A recepção não é 24 horas, você fica com a chave do quarto (que abre a porta principal do prédio, a porta do hotel e a porta do quarto) e fica à vontade. Quando precisei, e a recepção estava aberta eles foram muito solícitos.

This hotel has great location. In a great area for shopping, food, and the landmarks. The rooms are standard and our bathroom was not the best. They should tile the bathrooms and water proof the showers to avoid the wall rot we had in our bathroom. Other than that the room was clean. Our fridge did not work either. It was hot in there, would not recommend leaving food. The tv was small and no channels in English.

Le point fort de cet hôtel est l’emplacement. Mais il a sérieusement besoin d’une rénovation surtout pour le prix de la nuit. La propreté est moyenne. Chambre très très petite à peine la possibilité d’ouvrir sa valise. La salle de bain a besoin d’être rafraîchie. C’est dommage car l’emplacement est top à quelques pas de la Duemo. J’ai lu que certaines personnes payent jusqu’à 400€ la nuit, cela ne vaut pas la peine pour cet hôtel. En revanche en cas de rénovation ce serait correct. Bien pour une nuit mais pas plus.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal Duomo, manca, però, dei servizi minimi di un hotel ( una reception attiva per un congruo numero di ore) e quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo risulta un poco sproporzionato anche tenuto conto della zona in cui si trova.

This hotel is small, clean and very, very well located. All the negative reviews about the train noise are extremely overblown. If you are extremely sensitive and actively looking for reasons to be dissatisfied then the occasional train noise will suffice. Otherwise for the price this is a good option. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Não é um hotel, mas a localização é excelente
Já sabia o que esperar -- apenas um "quarto de hotel" num edifício muito próximo do Duomo -- pelo que não podia ficar dececionada. Confirmei que a localização é excelente e o quarto é idêntico ao de um hotel de 3*/4*. Porém, este "hotel" possui apenas 9 quartos e ocupa apenas metade do 1º andar dum edifício de escritórios. Para além dos 9 quartos, existe apenas um corredor e um pequeno balcão para o check-in e check-out. Pode ser uma solução interessante para quem valorize apenas (ou sobretudo) a localização e a higiene e as funcionalidades do quarto.

Loved the hotel concept in an office building at first I was like ok but super cute and convenient walking distance to everything. definitely Ould go back and recommend.

Utmärkt läge 200m från Duome
Utmärkt läge 200m från Duome och tunnelbana. Hotellet är troligen en ombyggd legeenhet, ljudisolering är inte det bästa men rumen är bekväma och praktiska.

Awesome location and stay
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was the perfect location in central Milan. The reception desk folks were very kind and helpful. Only downside is you can hear a lot of late night busking but hey, that just means you are close to the Duomo! Recommend bringing eyemask if youre someone who needs darkness to sleep.

Die Lage des Hotels war ideal und es ist bestens ausgestattet!! Das einzige was mich gestört hat war, dass man alles im Zimmer gehört hat, es war sehr unruhig. (Man hört praktisch ins nächste Zimmer) Personal wahr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht immer anwesend.

We found the property was very central and it was only a short walk to the Duomo and several other attractions. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful and extremely polite. I would ask for a room facing inwards as our only quibble would be that the trams can be heard early in the morning if your room faces the street - this can be disturbing.

Great location, great service! Hard to find.
The location is excellent, only about a block and a half from the Duomo. It can be a little confusing to find initially, since it's definitely not a traditional hotel, but once you find it, it works well. The rooms appear larger in the pictures than I was expecting, but upon opening the door, it met my size expectations for Europe entirely, which is to say 'big enough for what you need it for". The bathroom, oddly enough, is quite large. I can't comment on quality of the TV or anything; I didn't even turn it on. This hotel is centrally located near the middle of Milan, and you'll be within walking distance of most of the things you'll probably want to see. Note: I'm not sure where you'd park if you were driving in, so I can't comment on that.

Questa struttura viene venduta per hotel quando invece e’ in residence. Senza hall senza assistenza notturna e la nostra camera rumorosa. Sembra di essere sul tram che passa sotto la nostra camera.

Gentile ospite, Le abbiamo offerto la possibilità di dormire in una stanza dal lato del cortile interno, quindi senza passaggio del tram, ma avete deciso di non cambiare stanza. A Milano il tram circola in tutto il centro storico e le stanze sono insonorizzate al massimo per evitare ogni tipo di disturbo. Speriamo comunque di ospitarla di nuovo. A presto
