'Hot tub was broken. Blood on the sheet. Our room was close to the bar and it was so loud our baby kept waking up all night long, well after the 11pm close time. Staff was nice and respectful.'

Two lights flickered when turned on so it was sit in the dark or feel like your in a haunted house. The bathroom door would barely close, you had to slam it with all your weight for it to latch, no soap in the bathroom and shower had black discoloration around the bottom. '

'Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors.'

'The inn itself is clean, food receptionists very nice, but their supervisor is horrible, very disrespectful. We left our iPad in the side draw of the bed. We called them, the supervisor was very disrespectful saying they didn’t find it and the hotel is not responsible for anything we left behind, she said it not in a nice way and disrespectful manner. And hung up on me'

'Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful.'

'I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00.
