The only issue we had was the GPS took us to the property through a back route that was longer and over gravel road. '

'Beautiful place. Great host. Peaceful home nestled by a beautiful creek. Nice size kitchen to cook in with everything you need. My girls and I were so happy here I actually wish we lived here. 'The area is beautiful, very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Only a few miles from the park entrance and surrounded by nature. The accommodations were wonderful, easy in and out, well appointed kitchen, the large room upstairs was spread out and great for us, the kids and mother in law. Host’s reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything. All around great experience.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep is so important on vacation and all the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed a week of quilting, shopping at a great quilt shop in Susanville, visiting breathtaking Mt Lassen Park and Burney Falls. We hope to return next year to explore more of the area.'

'Good centralized location for visiting family in the area. Had a few issues however, could have used a note on how to operate the thermostat, had to go online to find the operating instructions. Toilet in the back bathroom would not flush completely, rendering it unusable. Internet connection was good and easy to access.'

'The property was nicely appointed with comfortable beds, tv, games, etc. Plenty of dishes and towels. Because of its shape ad location the cabin tends to be a little dark. The last day there was a problem with power in the living room. (no lights at all) The directions weren't as specific or accurate as we needed to find the place before dark. I would suggest an earlier check during December at least so one can find the place and get inside before dark.'

'1951 log home with huge fireplace, woodstove, hot tub and sauna. Beautiful views. Great location near Lassen Volcanic National Park. Remember to gas up and bring food. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off...
