'A couple of the lights in our room did not work. The HVAC controller on the unit was dismantled. We figured out that the heat/ac was controlled by a wall thermostat. But, when they dismantled the controls on the unit itself, they might have left a note or sign. I just knew to look on the wall. Also, the refrigerator did not have a freezer. When we travel from Florida to head north for the summer, we typically need a freezer to at least refreeze the ice packs for our coolers.'

'Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Night staff had no control over excessive noise in the early morning between 3:00-4:30. People shouting.'
