The condition was terrible and has made the stay nothing like what we had hoped for our family Christmas celebration.We are not fussy people at all, so when we started noticing things, we tried to deal with it, but the filth and disrepair is just not at all acceptable when you are charging people to stay. We have been using Vrbo/-------- for many years and have always had good experiences. We understand the general standards of the conditions are not white glove like in a hotel, and that is not at all what we expect when we rent a home. Here are the issues we have dealt with: Driveway:- Very icy and dangerous- Garbage bin was overflowing about 3 ft’ above the top edge when we arrived. With the holiday, that means it won’t get picked up until Saturday, so we just have to keep piling it higher. Then, we will need to get it to the street without it spilling…that much garbage should not have been left for new renters. Kitchen:Cupboards were dirty outside and inside. - - Disarray and junk inside like dirty, crusty rags, open food packages, empty cleaning supply bottles, broken hardware, tons of crumbs/debris, dried spills. Garbage pullout is somewhat broken.One of the bifold closet door panels is broken off. Bathrooms:Showers were filthy with resid
