'The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom clean. The only downside was the hallway carpeting was not very clean. Either needs a cleaning or replacement. '

'Such a clean and nice place to stay. We weren't thrilled about paying for parking as it was one of the required amenities I checked off on the hotels.com list. They offered us small bags of chips and bottled water as well. Very kind. The two employees we dealt with were both very kind gentlemen. The pool was great as well. We also appreciated the location as there is food within walking distance and a Wal-Mart across the road. We will be back if needed.'

'The Radisson Hotel St Paul Downtown was a wonderful surprise. Every employee was so friendly and so helpful. The restaurant/breakfast staff were the best I have ever encountered at a hotel. They went above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. Location was great and it was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.'

'Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again! '
