'Fabulous breakfast! The old interieur feels authentic. Location is not bad with restaurants in the area at walking distance. Bed though comfortable could do with a new mattress.'

'Mission is een leuke, levendige wijk. Er zijn wel veel zwervers en het is vaak vies op straat. Het hotel heeft kleine kamers die best een opknap- en schoonmaakbeurt kunnen gebruiken. De bedden zijn wel goed en het personeel is behulpzaam. Betaalbaar in vergelijking met andere hotels in de buurt. '

'We love Noe's Nest B&B. We try to stay in the neighborhoods when we visit SF. This place is quintessential San Francisco, a big old quirky and eclectically decorated Victorian. The hosts are great and the vibes are good. Loved it! '

'Not sure if the write up mentioned it was a 3rd story walk-up, but it is; not a big deal except when arriving with bags. The larger forward bedroom can be a little noisy with road traffic and the 4 am street sweeping. The second bedroom is small with a twin bed. The place was clean without any issue besides the ones mentioned above. If I made a trip to SF again, I would not hesitate staying here again. The neighborhood is in transition (for the better) and felt safe while around town. Next...
