'We had an amazing stay at this cute beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk (less than a block!) to the ocean. The hosts were fantastic with communication and even met us at check-in, which made everything super smooth. The house had great amenities to keep us entertained, and it really captured that laid-back beach vibe. It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group of five. Plus, we were close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. Would definitely stay here...

'We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. '

'We had an outstanding family vacation at Denise’s beach home. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and Denise was a wonderful communicator throughout. She even stocked the cupboard with some snacks for the kids and fresh flowers for our stay—very thoughtful touches. The pool and hot tub were spectacular for our four kids aged 3-8yrs and the home’s proximity made it easy to get to the beach, shops, and other areas like Disney and Newport.
