'My family and I stayed at the Westin Jackson from June 7–14, 2026, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we encountered serious cleanliness issues, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids in multiple guest rooms. Despite being moved several times, the problems persisted. The response from hotel leadership was equally disappointing. 'Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available'

Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV.'
