'Staff was not very attentive or communitive.'

'Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson.'

'This was my family and I second time staying staying at Residence Inn by Marriott. We stayed on the 3rd floor the first time. This time it was the second floor. We had to go down to ask for extra blankets when normally they keep them in the closet. At least they did on the 3rd floor. When I asked tye front desk, he said they don't keep extra blankets in the rooms. We had to also had go down to get extra toilet paper since we only had a half a roll in the bathroom. If we stay there again I hope...
