'Staff was not very attentive or communitive.'

'Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson.'

I did the inspection on my properties so naturally I did an inspection on my suite. Overall it was good but some detail cleaning was needed.
