'Het is een mooi ingericht hotel, maar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn een uitdaging. Veel op/afstapjes, een douche in een bad en geen lift. Wij vonden het eten matig en duur. De prijs was geen probleem geweest als de kwaliteit prima was. Onze ervaring was dat met name het vlees (veel zenen en taai en bij de roast niet echt warm) geen goede kwaliteit had. Bij reclameren werd het weliswaar opgelost, maar het moet natuurlijk meteen goed gaan. '

'To my surprise was the only guest during my stay. The hosts were kind and considerate. The room is small but tidy and in well maintained condition. Separate shower which is a bit basic but sufficient, the bathroom is en suite though. There is also a drawing room which you share with a lodger, a bit old fashioned but still nice. Breakfast gives you a choice between continental and full English breakfast in a very nice room. '

'Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit...

'Hoewel het hotel wel een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken, compenseert de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en personeel hiervoor. Ontbijt was prima en verdere ondersteuning ook.'
