'Its a little bit of a hike going to the inn so be aware not to bring big luggages. I did read the previous review and had only my overnight bag and that helps a lot. The inn itself is pretty clean, the staff were accomodating and I was able to book the private onsen. Its a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around hakone'

'The hotel was one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at during our visit to Japan. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from bringing in our luggage, making our futons, helping us look for a misplaced item and farewelling us from the hotel doors. '大浴場があるのがありがたかった！ 山中湖目の前で立地は最高でした。部屋も広めなのと、ホテルには珍しい家庭用（？）電気で明るくできるのも良かった。 クローゼットも大きく良かったのですが、上に置いた洋服がたぶん埃で汚れてしまったのでそれだけがちょっと残念でした。 でもそれ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 山中湖に遊びに行く時はまた使用させていただきたいです！'

'三島駅の隣りという立地も良いですが、立地以上にホテルのスタッフの対応、清潔な館内と部屋、最上階大浴場からの眺め、地産かつ豊かな朝食など、これまでに経験しなかったおもてなしをして頂きました。なかでも、初めて頂いた「わさび丼」は絶品でした。非常に居心地の良いホテルです。 また「水辺の文学」と言う三島のコンセプト通り、他都市と比較して都市部を流れる情緒ある川と、三島独特の書店が数あり、ホテル近くの中心部を散策するだけでも価値のある街だと感じました。 また三島に行くときは、富士山三島東急ホテルに宿泊したいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。'

'The hotel staff is amazing and the amenities are nice for what we are paying. It’s very family friendly - in the buffet restaurant they have cute dinnerware sets and bibs for kids and actual high chairs (the ones people use at home) and baby wipes warmed in small buckets of warm water. Love the option of private bath (additional 1500¥) and free massage chair use. '
