'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!'

'We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

'Very clean home and friendly host. As a tall person I felt very squished however Japan is known for maximizing space! Perfect place for solo travellers only I would say. The place comes with a bunk bed but I believe it is only really made for one person. Very close to Lawson, Familymart, and 7/11. About a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Less than a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop. Overall I would rate this home a 5/5!'

'A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends.'

'This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too.
Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

'The bad: the bedroom had mold and the stairs leading to the bedrooms downstairs were a death trap.
The good: communication and service were great. The location is unbeatable. They communicated the would get someone to come in clean and correct the problem, Tokyo has had a lot of rain. But the mold and mildew smell was so bad that we could not stay there.
Late at night with a ton of luggage had to try and find a last minute hotel (which ended up costing a lot more money) they did refund...

'Highly recommend Cross Suites hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The common area on the first floor had games, vending machines, a cappuccino machine and water with lots of area to hang out. The guest room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. And the locations was right around the corner from Senso-Ji and lots of great restaurants.'
