'Check in was late. Unexeptable room was not ready till 4:45pm. Too many screaming kids in pool, they should raise minimum age or approach moms with screaming kids. Missing a jacuzzi. Alcohol should be served in glass not plastic cups There should be bath amenities next to bath, not just in the shower All the staff was very friendly'

'Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!'

'What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

'The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return.'

'Zeer behulpzaam personeel '

'We arrived early and George was giving perfect service at valet parking. A pitty that at 4 pm the suite was still not ready for check in. Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers. '

'Very nice rooms and very well located.'

'The hotel is very clean, modern and well kept! The pool is more on the small size ( hot top for 8 ) I would say but the rooftop restaurant has amazing views but you have to make a reservation because it’s run with a handful of people and the tables fill fast ! The only thing we got as a negative experience was the bathroom kept smelling bad ! Overall was nice stay with a few miner offsets'

'Goede faciliteiten, inrichting wat oubollig. Ligging is uitstekend.'

'Perfectly located luxurious hotel close to Most hotspots. Room very nicely decorated, great rooftop pool (party) and nice gym. Couldn’t have wished for more.'

'Always stayed there and it was great again '

'This being a budget hotel, one must have reasonable expectations. Still, there were several inadequacies 1. No Kleenex, no soap dish, no ice machine on the premises. No Do Not Disturb signs. 2. Tiny area for hanging clothes. Very small bathroom and shower, and often the bathroom smell was like a sewer. 3. Ants on the wall and the bedside table. 4. Noisy air-conditioning. 5. On site parking was nice though a bit cramped but the one major problem was pulling out onto the street. Parked cars...

'I loved my room, the bed was sooo comfortable. And the fact that they had a full bottle of body wash (plus shampoo/conditioner) in the shower was a plus.'

'Goede locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prijs kwaliteit. Mooie inrichting.'
