'I stayed at the Palihotel for 10 days, late June-early July and i have to say- it was amazing! I actually booked this hotel after the first one we booked into left us feeling quite unsettled. After a gut feeling we booked palihotel last minute and the staff were amazing! They allowed us to check in early and suggested some places to eat in the area. Staff were always very helpful and patient (especially since we were always up asking for our AC to be adjusted).

We stayed for two nights for our anniversary and it was the perfect stay. Everything about this beautiful property was exceptional. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to our room to celebrate our anniversary. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and timeless classic decor.

'We arrived early and George was giving perfect service at valet parking. A pitty that at 4 pm the suite was still not ready for check in. Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers. '

In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like...
