'Nice basic home. Verry clean. All you need was there, accept something like a welcome book. A book, where you can find the most important things in the area (doctor, vet supermarket....) There you can also put stuff in as, where is the fuse box ore how does the shower works. The amount of towels was verry low for 2 weeks'

'This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. 'Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room.
