The property is located within a quiet residential complex, just a 5-minute walk from the famous beaches of Capitolo and the boardwalk lined with bars and restaurants. The location is also convenient for driving to the center of Monopoli (15 minutes) and other must-see destinations such as Fasano, Locorotondo, and Alberobello. Parking space included!



PLEASE NOTE. The 50-square-meter villa is located within the Villaggio Macchia di Mare: throwing parties is prohibited, and guests must observe the nighttime quiet hours.

The interior layout is as follows:

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- 10-square-meter terrace furnished with a table and chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower



An assigned outdoor parking space is available, 300 meters from the house.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, second outdoor shower on the covered porch with hot water, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, amounting to €1.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily heating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
