'Excellent '

'Upon entry to the room, I noticed the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The AC kept me up all night. There was some kind of plastic rattling sound every time the AC turned on, at 2 o’clock in the morning somebody was knocking on the doors therefore my sleep pattern was disturbed on a consistent basis. The final straw was at 6:11 a.m. on a Saturday morning, after getting no sleep the alarm went off which I did not set, all in all, I probably got an hour of sleep, overall, the experience was...

'We had a problem with shower drain they are in middle Of a remodel. They gave us another Room and everything was great! '

'I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom. Especially for the price that we paid. The staff was superb in every area.'

'This is a older hotel in a quite area, no frills but we have stayed here a few times on trips to and from FL. Staff is friendly, and it is a small community. We like the location it has easy on/off access to the express way but far enough away from the noise.'
