'We had the most wonderful time at Casale La Gora. Francesca was super sweet and helpful! We spent 5 nights there and enjoyed every second of it. The room was spacious and comfortable, I missed a bench or couch at night when we were relaxing and extra pillows would have been handy, however the house has two guest lounge rooms with comfy sits. 'Friendly reception keen on selling products from Fattoria Inalbi (same owner). Fantastic pool with beautifully maintained garden and views over the rolling hills of Tuscany. Room is clean and stylishly furnished with expensive looking materials. What prevents me from coming back are the small (only 190cm long) and uncomfortable beds; the mattress was one of the hardest I have ever slept on.'

'We stayed at this amazing B&B for a week and it was an incredible experience: We had an amazing view, breakfast is to die for (with homemade pie) and the host Tommaso was really friendly and helpful. He gave us great advice about parking spots, things to see, restaurants and road trip advice. The room itself was nice, cosy and luxurious. If we'd ever come back to Tuscany, we'll definitely go back here!'

'Location was fine, just outside of the busyness of Florence downtown. Staff responsive but, room needs updating. Floor was ugly and worn down but, did appear clean. It was just an overnight stay so, we were ok with it. Shower was good. There wasn’t any continental breakfast just coffee spot outside of room. It really isn’t a B&B. More like room rentals within an apartment building. Recommend for quick overnight. Price point high for motel feel. It was ok. Overall ok stay.'

'Happily, they had gluten free and lactose intolerant options for breakfast. The best B & B breakfast of my trip to Italy. Unhappily, the bathroom is shared. Also, it isn’t close to the city center, not walking distance from the sites.'
