The owners occasionally live in a portion of the villa (with separate entrance and garden) and they share with the clients the use of the swimming pool.
The pool is heated during the period from April 1st to November 1st and the temperature is maintained between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.
The property is equipped with a natural insecticide system in the outer perimeter of the property that makes it inhospitable to any insects.

This villa is 50 km from Florence away and 20 km from the charming village of San Gimignano.

The location is ideal to enjoy the peace of the Tuscan countryside and at the same time to visit the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano ) and the charming Chianti villages.

The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 200 m.
