'My boyfriend and friends and I had a glorious, cozy President's Day Weekend. Carter was incredibly generous and easy to communicate with, even offering to reschedule because we had bad weather. We ended up sitting in the beautiful living room as the snow fell -- a lovely, peaceful respite from the city! 'This is a very special house located in the beautiful Hither Hills. Our family of 5 (college age and young adult) plus a couple friends enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere this house provided. The pool and outdoor areas (porches, hot tub, out door dining) are very spacious and provide for multiple areas for activity. The 2 separate living rooms allowed my 24 yr old to work remote while the rest of us continued on with our day. There is a rustic lived in quality that you find at any well loved beach...

'The house is very efficient and well stocked. Everything was clean and tidy and Ric was very responsive and accommodating. The house comes with access to an HOAA beach which was a great bonus. We were four adults and were very comfortable in the house. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home. Looking forward to visiting again!'

'Deck was very dangerous, nails sticking up, rotting planks, all painted over to hide poor and dangerous condition. Also, no night lighting at hot tub. Interior was clean.'

'House is even more attractive than the pictures. The upstairs and deck are wonderful spaces to sit, eat and talk. The kitchen was the best of any we have rented. The surrounding trees and hill give it a very secluded feeling. Not only is it a five minute walk to the beach and town, but a trailhead of Shadmoor State Park is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. The trails there along the bluffs have beautiful views of the ocean and beach. We plan on going back next year.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Bri's house. The house looked even better than the pics and was very clean. The deck was beautiful to sit out on after a day at the beach. There was even a bottle of Rose' chilling in the fridge when we arrived & fresh cut flowers as well. While not right in town/beach, we had no problem parking & Bri told us about the free rides you can take as well. The kids had their bikes and biked into town & the beach daily. Bri was very responsive & a lovely host. We hope to...
