'Felt the check in process was substandard. Did not get the details until 3:55pm and check in was at 4pm. And mind you this was on a busy friday in SoCA. Also despite multiple internet passwords, known worked. '

'Slightly complicated to find with a few different codes to navigate. Pool & jacuzzi have SO much chlorine we couldn’t stay in long… but definitely not the hosts fault. No pool towels included. Other than that it is clean, cute, and perfect for a brief stay.'

'All was really good until after 11p when the characters came out to play. 2nd floor hallway smelled like weed (and became a little noisy with people talking outside their rooms) and more than a few characters outside in the parking lots. Nice property but staff may need more help with the less desirable people who work and play after 11p on weekends'
