Charmant appartement in het hart van Plateau Mont-Royal. Slechts enkele minuten van het metrostation Mont-Royal, het is moeilijk om een betere locatie te vinden!

Geniet van het zonnige gedeelde terras, de traagschuimmatrassen, het Keurig-koffiezetapparaat met pods, gratis Netflix en WiFi. Het appartement is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen met zijn drie slaapkamers: twee met een queensize bed en een met 2 x tweepersoonsbedden. De hoofdslaapkamer is zeer licht en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Mount Royal Avenue en de pittoreske toren van het Olympisch Stadion. De Franse deuren, houtwerk, elegante eetkamer, woonkamer en elektrische open haard geven het een charme die u zal verleiden. Het appartement biedt alle comfort die u nodig heeft en zal zeker aan uw verwachtingen voldoen.

Bussen en taxi's voor het gebouw, de metro Mont-Royal op 8 minuten lopen en het BIXI-station (fietsverhuur in Montreal) om binnen enkele minuten toegang te bieden tot de nabijgelegen grote culturele bezienswaardigheden. Je bent ook 5 minuten lopen van het prachtige Lafontaine-park, 15 minuten van de berg (Mont-Royal) en 15 minuten van het centrum.

* Een buitenterras en een barbecue zijn geïnstalleerd en klaar voor gebruik tussen 1 mei en 30 september. Buiten het seizoen is de ruimte nog steeds toegankelijk maar niet correct ingesteld.

Fabulous Location

The apartment is in the heart of Mount Royal, you do not need a car. The Metro is a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, parks and shopping. Although the apartment sits right on Mount Royal we never heard the night life! The apartment is well appointed. It is a walk up, so pack light. We really enjoyed our stay, and will stay again when we return to Montreal!

An absolute gem

We were so pleased with this apartment. It’s perfectly situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Montreal with tons of restaurants, groceries, and stores super close, but it’s also quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space, beautifully decorated, a very functional kitchen, and washer and dryer so you can stay very comfortably in the apartment. Our family of five and mother in law stayed here for a week and were super comfortable. And the host of the apartment, Yann, was terrific and easy to communicate with - always super responsive. We couldn’t have been any happier with this stay!!

Cute Plateau Abode

Stayed here for 5 days in June. Heat wave outside but AC helped keep things comfortable indoors. Beds and furniture were exceptionally comfortable and apartment was clean, cozy, and cute. Loved the location too.

Wonderful stay in Plateau Mont-Royal!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, lovely apartment in a pedestrianized (for the summer) area of Plateau Mont-Royal. Two adults, three teens, and we were very comfortable for our four-night visit. The rooms are small but cozy, and we were able to make meals for the five of us - including cooking out on the grill. Appreciated having the washer and dryer as well. We loved Montreal - the Metro is super convenient, the parks are beautiful, bike share is easy to use and very accessible, and the open street (Avenue du Mont-Royal) is spectacular. And so quiet without lots of cars! Highlights of our trip were visiting the Old Port, riding bikes along the Canal de Lachine, dining in Chinatown, and viewing the Aura Basilica light show at Basilique Notre Dame. We did all of this easily without the hassle of using a car. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for the excellent information and communication. We hope to visit Montreal again someday!

lovely location, great natural lighting in the house

loved this property, its location, proximity to La Fontaine park, and Mount Royal street. With three young children in tow we never had to worry about things to do outside the apartment, and the kids always had space inside to have a little personal time.

Absolute gem!

This was our first visit to Montreal with our 6 year olds and needless to say it was exceptional. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very centralized. There’s plenty to do in the area and if you venture out, it’s only a few minutes away. Communication was clear, helpful and quickly responsive. Perfect Location

Top floor apartment with seconds walk from tons of restaurants and shopping and minutes drive to everything you’d want to do. Check in was a breeze and Marty is the man! They were more than accommodating to help us with a parking and allowed us to leave our stuff in the apartment even though we arrived earlier then check in. We just explored and waited for the place to be ready. Would definitely recommend or stay in another one of their properties.
