'Quando escolhemos o hotel, pensamos na localização, muito boa. Nos recepcionaram com uma placa na chegada do trem, ótimo. Entretanto o quarto era no 4 andar, sem elevador. Quartos simples, sem amenidades. Acústica ruim, se ouve tudo do corredor. Mas o pior foi acordar às 6AM e a agua do chuveiro não esquentar e tomamos banho frio, pois a água não esquentou (ironia água fria num chuveiro em Águas Calientes). Café da manhã extremamente simples.'
