'Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car'

'Completely under construction, no breakfast being served and ice machine broken. So many things broken in the room and blinds missing slats so was like daylight all night long with parking lot lights'

'We ordered a suite but got a different room. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Random stains on the mattress and the couch. And each time we left the room the room cards would demagnetize. I haven’t had this issue so frequently at other hotels. Walls have no soundproofing , would clearly hear every conversation happening in the hallway. Tv service was great, staff were quick to help.'

'Everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, and while I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast myself, my kids did and really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re traveling through.'

'Yellow stains on the beds and covers I ended up paying for 4rooms and all of them were not in good condition tubs were filthy nasty and mind you I had two dogs as well that is the nastiest most disgusting distasteful hotel I have ever been to in my life I’m use to clean nice things and to be honest that place is a dump and then a staff member didn’t want to give me my money back instead tried to offer me another room I was about to clock straight out on them talking about a manager won’t be in...

'Room was clean, there was a lot of garbage piled up at the trash cans. They did clean it up the next day but with only one can in the room there wasn’t anywhere to put the larger garbage items we had like food containers. The fridge also didn’t work but the beds were comfy & the staff was nice. It was also pretty quiet considering it’s right off the highway. Would stay again. '

'The staff was very helpful. The hotel was in the middle of a renovation, so during the day, there were workers moving mattresses and working on the halls and the rooms. But our room was one of the renovated ones, and it was nice and clean.'
