'This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away...

'Great place to stay if you find yourself in Frederick. Laura was excellent with communication and extraordinarily quick to respond to messages.'

'Great location. We did not bring a pet but they thoughtfully provided a dog bed for those who do, which was very cute. It was great that they provide dishes for use on property and the kitchen cabinets were well labelled. There is a good ice cream place a block away and it was quick and easy to walk to the major downtown areas. We would stay here again in the future'

'Extremely well put together and cozy apartment in town.'

'Place was perfect and tbe location great. East in and out town..or to get to down town'

'Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel'

'Ein guter und angenehmer Ort zum Verweilen,'

'Nice convenient apt with amenities for an extended stay that worked perfectly for my week trip.'
