We did the Mangawhero Forest Walk which took around an hour along well maintained trails through stunning forest, recommended. 'It’s a small, cozy, beautiful place. Very quiet and clean. With an amazing breakfast. The owners-Mary and Tim are like parents. Very caring, super kind, always ready to help. One day i didn’t have a time to eat breakfast, so they gave me a breakfast and a lunch with me to go. Amazing place and a wonderful people. Truly recommend to everyone. '

'We basically just stopped here for an overnight but can confirm everything in the other reviews - the breakfast spread is incredible, the details are all very thoughtful, and it was sort of hilarious how many options we had for sleeping with just the two of us.
