'Great seaside property. The location is a short taxi ride away from downtown antique Bodrum, Bitez, or Gumbet. The property was clean, had a great service, and decent food. The spa and massage therapists were amazing! We spent 8 days at this hotel and loved every min! '

'Wat een fijn hotel was dit. Niets was teveel voor het personeel. Twee keer per dag werden de handoeken verschoond. Is wel nodig als je de hele dag in het zwembad ligt. Ook de minibar werd iedere dag bijgevuld. Het eten was goed, A-merken drankjes. Ik raad The residence aan als je zonder kinderen op vakantie gaat. Rustig en chill, je merkt bij a niet dat je op een all inclusive zit. '

'The resort is quite big and busy. Ideal for families with (small) children, but not for those seeking tranquillity and luxury. The facilities are quite nice, however most watersports activities and the gazebo beach houses are only available at an extra charge. The all-inclusive does not include a la carte restaurants, so if you do not wish to spend extra money you'll have to eat at the buffet restaurant. Beware there is a big difference in 5* quality throughout Turkey and most reviews of this...

'wir waren vom 2.10-8.10.2023 im fortezza beach resort fast seson ende;sind beide schon fast 60 jahre alt.für eine erholsamen urlaub ist es eine gute wahl,es gibt nur dieses hotel sonst nichts in der umgebung.wir haben sogar unseren päckhen in näcst gelegenen ort in armutalan( fast 15 km) selber abgeholt,ausser im restaurant beim abendessen hat man überhaupt nicht gemerkt wie voll die anlage ist,es gibt sehr schönen strand teils steinig ,sehr viele pools.wir haben ein standart zimmer gebucht...

'Yemekler çok güzel , otelin konumu iyi ailecek ve çift olarak gidilebılır . Denizi ve sahili çok iyi . Tek kötü yanı havuz kenarındaki müziklerin sesleri biraz kısılmalı , Bir de havluların saati olması kötü . Her an gidip alınabılmeli ama bu pandemi sürecınde normal diye düşünüyorum . Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık '

'Ik keerde na bijna 20jaar terug naar Dalyan, nu in een ander hotel omdat het vorige is afgebroken. Het werd een fantastisch verblijf in een mooi hotel, prachtig gelegen aan de rivier. Het voltallige personeel is supervriendelijk, de kamers kraaknet, het eten super, kortom een aanrader. We gaan terug! '
