'I did not have enough rags and towels but the bathroom was clean the bed was clean but they need to put enough rags and towels in the bathroom except one rag for two people and make sure the freezers are clean and make sure the ice cream are empty and refills when they clean the room I am a regular over there I love that place but the staff has to keep up'

'I paid upfront as package for breakfast and first day it's was everything included that was fine as it's already paid but 2nd day they started asking for money and didn't tell anything before breakfast and charged me 65$ for breakfast. It was so frustrating before paying everything also get charged. Expedia should look on this before booking confirm everything.'

'The property overall, amenities and staff were great! We loved the location, the pools, the services and the shuttle rides. Our room itself was outdated, did not have the ocean view I paid for and we found someone's underwear behind the chair. I would return for the other items but speak up about the room as soon as I arrived so they had a chance to make things better.'

'Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. ...

'Check in is confusing, 3 hotels check in at one of the 3 hotels. Then you check in and proceed to your hotel, just not as clear as it could be. Other than confusion at check in everything was great!'
