'Sad that we visited in off season so no rooftop bar or downstairs restaurant open. The rooms decor was clever, beds comfy, staff friendly. Breakfast across the street was good, walking distance to our venue. Right on The Loop so location was perfect for a night out at a show and shopping the next day. '

'Parking is wonderful, lot is secure and you have to have your room key to gain access. Kickback was great and saved our family so much money! The staff was wonderful, always kind, remembered who we were. Right next to the airport but we didnt hear planes at all. It was nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean'

'Room smelled of pets. If you are going to allow pets in the hotel, perhaps limit it to certain floors or rooms as not every guest wants to smell pets during their stay. '

'There was a power outage during my stay, and only one elevator was operational. Unfortunately, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The first unit I was assigned also had a strong smell, as if the restroom had just been used and not properly cleaned. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning of the property, along with routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.'
