'Great location. Solid gym for this level hotel. Staff friendly. We were there at a very busy time (Vanderbilt move-in), but room cleaning was very slow, and in our suite, they cleaned one room but not the other. There were no blankets for pullout sofa. Elevator broke. Would give it another shot at a less hectic time!'

'Active construction of front door area made getting into the hotel with suitcases difficult. All staff seemed overwhelmed by extra demands of construction. Help at front desk took a long time (for example to get packages). Also, some members of front desk staff were non-native English speakers making communication difficult. I travel to Nashville a few times per year and typically stay at the Lowes. I will not be staying there until the construction is complete'

'Overall it's an ok hotel. After having a difficult check in, the rest of the stay was pleasant with the staff being friendly. The valet staff were amazing and so accommodating. The hotel needs a revamp. The beds are old, the towels old, overall an ok hotel but not worth the price.'

'Arrived early, staff was able to check us in with a let me see what I can do positive attitude. Breakfast bar was fantastic.'
