'We verbleven slechts 1 nacht hier, het is een basic accommodatie, maar zeer netjes en goed onderhouden in een familiale sfeer.
De kamers zijn klein, maar schoon. Het geheel komt een beetje gedateerd over, maar is perfect in orde.
Het ontbijt was was gewoon goed, niets speciaals.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen.
Het hotel ligt wel een eindje van de dorpskern van Akakura, toch zeker 15 minuten wandelafstand.

'Only the couple managing the property, doing all rooms and check in and dining. So be patient. Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs.

The day of my arrival I was still trying to figure out how to actually get to and check into the property since no instructions were provided. I had to try to contact them multiple times and also had to reach out to hotels.com multiple times. I’ve been to Japan to snowboard before, I don’t need my hand held. However, traveling...

'The hotel is located 15 mins between Myoko and Madarao either way. Excellent location for checking out multiple resorts and scenic view of the lake. Breakfast was consistently good and the set dinner was surprisingly good too. Gotta hand it over to Chris and Maggie who made the stay so memorable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your trip needs—from pick ups/drop offs, restaurant bookings, and tons of recommendations. My group of 6 had a blast'

"Redelijk hotel, maar skigebied is klein. Het ontbijt is beperkt in keuzes en het aanvullen matig. Het diner is van goede kwaliteit en de menu's uitstekend. De kamer werd niet standaard schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken moesten we vragen. 7 nachten verbleven. Helaas had het hotel geen bar of andere verblijfsruimte."

Rest van faciliteiten okay en ontbijt goed. Baliemedewerkers waren mijn boeking kwijt wat meer dan een half uur heeft geduurd om het op te lossen.
