'Charming, clean, newly renovated and nicely equipped house in the Pawcatuck which comfortably accommodated seven people. We appreciated the many nice touches that Wilson, the host, provided. In the large back yard is a table and sitting on it when we arrived was a Citronella candle, a lighter and a can of Off. 'This updated turnkey cottage was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very attractively decorated. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us cool. It was a short drive to the private association beach that borders Rocky Neck State Park with easy drop-off and convenient parking.'

'We had the absolute best time! The property is right on the beach and you just can’t beat the view from your porch. Our toddlers loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day and it had all the amenities we could have asked for, even double ply toilet paper! Ely was a wonderful host and we’re looking forward to staying again in the future! '

'BEAUTIFUL!!! This little cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a two night trip. The place is so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need! We enjoyed the living room space to wind down at the end of the day & pop the tv on. The walk to the beach is so quick & it’s amazing once you get there. Jay and Lisa kept us up to date and gave us all the information we needed. I can be nit picky about rentals sometimes, but this cottage was hands down the best, no issues....

'Lovely cottage on beautiful Lake Hayward. Very clean, comfortable accommodations and the view of the lake is stunning. The bathroom was newly renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve our meals. The host was very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to return soon! '

It had everything you need,,, towels, chairs, floats, sheets, incidentals .... Large screen TV in family room with all the stations...
