'Very basic hotel but great location close to beaches and Watch Hill. Note that the two king deluxe penthouse rooms are on the fourth floor and the elevator stop at the third floor so you must walk one flight. There seemed to be only one ice machine and set of vending machines on the first floor of the main housing unit. The continental breakfast is more of a snack room. There is a restaurant next-door, but it seems to be open only in the evenings, perhaps for lunch on the weekends. Note that...

'I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.'

'We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is in a convenient location with a great restaurant attached to it. Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is clean. The king room with balcony was very clean although it might need some updating. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation'

'The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.'
