'Heel gezellig hotel met een warm en persoonlijk onthaal. Je voelt je meteen welkom bij de familie die dit hotel runt. Het ligt ook op wandelafstand van bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, al ligt het wel aan een relatief drukke weg en loopt achter het domein een spoorweg (waar niet zo veel treinen langs komen trouwens). 'Clean hotel. Rooms were basic, nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional. We didn't do the free breakfast but my observation was it was on par with most other hotels. Also, didn't use the pool but it seemed clean. On my own personal rant, the toilets were very low to the ground, lower than the side of the tub, so if that is an issue for you be forewarned. This is a pet peeve of mine. All in all I would say overpriced for what is offered.'

'Nice staff, decent breakfast, nice pool and clean. Housekeeping didn’t leave enough tissues and toilet paper so we had to keep asking the front desk. Tried to use the printer with no luck. Just kept saying error.'

'We stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Mystic, CT for two nights and had a much better experience this time around. Thankfully, our room did not have the smoky smell we experienced during our previous stay, which made a big difference. We mainly chose this motel because of the price and the pool.
