'Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter.'

'Spacious rooms! Modern touch with traditional Japanese feel. Customer service was excellent. Allowed us to leave our luggage there while we explored the area, even though we had checked out earlier, free of cost! Also when we picked our luggage back up, they we kind enough to help us track down a taxi, while helping us with our luggage. Definitely coming back to this place! '

'Dit hotel kent een chique uitstraling. De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant, zeker wanneer je met twee personen reist maar als solo reiziger is het prima te doen. Het bed is een mooi groot bed en met mijn 1.93 zeker in de lengte niet te klein. Het matras was lekker hard. Iets wat ik wel kan waarderen.
