'Absolutely amazing experience!!!'

'We recently stayed 3 nights at the Mimaru Shinsaibashi East. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Check in/check out was extremely friendly, the room was very roomy and comfy for the 3 of us, and the location is very good. The front desk staff were very approachable and engaging which makes a stay even more enjoyable. We were so lucky to have Zun at this hotel, as we had previously met him at another Mimaru, and he, along with the other staff made our stay very memorable. Mimaru makes...

'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice. The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate. It was close to the subway. With 2 little kids that’s a great plus! If we go back we would consider this hotel again!'

'Delightful staff, clean, well located and well-appointed stay! They even had fun Halloween activities going on like a halloween party (although we weren’t able to make it in theThe coffee machine downstairs was also awesome. Can’t'

'Good hotel decent sized rooms'

'Great location! Within walking distance to many restaurants, abundance of shopping. Hotel room is large and staff were friendly.'

'Great hotel - clean and somewhat spacious rooms for Japanese standards. Nice bathrooms with an amenities bar downstairs. The breakfast was truly the star of our stay. Ample choice in Japanese, Chinese and western cuisines. Everything was well-maintained and tasty, and the breakfast bar was kept immaculate. The daily special was a fun addition! We'd stay here again.'
