'This deserves much more than an 8.4 rating. We had one of the best ski stays ever at the Arai and we’ve stayed at Chamonix, Aspen, Jackson Hole, and Big Sky. The hospitality and food was amazing with some of the best service possible. The price was so much more reasonable than any other US destination. Thank you Lotte Arai.'

Rummet "Tvåbäddsrum - icke-rökare (Japanese Western Style)" var stor med stora bekväma sängar och vacker utsikt över bergen. Onsen, den också med utsikt över bergen, har både inne -och ute bad. Vi hade bokat ett privat onsen som hade en kyl med olika...

'Een netjes opgeknapte locatie, de foto's laten het wel chiquer lijken dan het hotel daadwerkelijk is. De ontvangst was wat rommelig. Je krijgt een welkomstdrankje, keurig afgemeten in een plastic glaasje ;-) Avondeten en ontbijt was in buffetvorm: kwaliteit en hoeveelheid was goed, heerlijk gegeten. De keuze in tijdstip om te eten was helaas beperkt. De prijs van drankjes lag hoger dan gemiddeld in Japan. Mooie en ruime kamer, een mooie mix tussen westerse en Japanse stijl. We hadden niet...
