  • Privacy en areaal omringen dit op maat gebouwde Nantucket-huis, gelegen in Quidnet op drie hectare prachtig aangelegd terrein met het gevoel van paard en jacht, grenzend aan Squam Farm, een 700 hectare groot natuurreservaat met bos- en wandelpaden. Het pand grenst ook aan beschermd natuurgebied. Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen naar de Windswept Cranberry Bogs met wandelpaden die u rond Stump Pond of naar Conservation land in The Middle Moors voeren. Uitstekend gebied om uw hond mee te nemen op een lange wandeling. Een apart gastenverblijf met met woonkeuken, woonkamer, slaapkamer, slaapplaats met tweepersoonsbed en twee badkamers biedt een tweede privéwoning met een eigen tuin. Ideaal voor gasten of familieleden die wat extra privacy genieten. Het strand van Quidnet ligt op minder dan 1,5 km lopen of vijf minuten fietsen. Brede planken, willekeurige breedte grenen vloeren en kersen lambrisering in de eetkamer en woonkamer dragen bij aan de warmte van dit gezellige huis. Er is een grote slaapkamer met een queensize bed op de eerste verdieping, samen met een logeerkamer met twee extra lange tweelingen. Een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een zithoek bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping, samen met een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden.

    Het is belangrijk om de veerboot vroeg te boeken. Midden tot eind juli en zaterdag en zondag zijn alle ruimtes meestal eind februari of eerder uitverkocht.

The Best House

This was our groups second year staying at Belle's Gift and we felt right at home. We love the outdoor shower, the big backyard to play games in, sitting together on the back patio at the table, the close ride to the beach, and how responsive and helpful the hosts are. Beautiful Oasis

Peaceful rolling hills surrounded by country roads and trails. Our Labrador was in heaven sleeping under the shade of the trees and chasing bunnies. He loved walking past the farm to the nearby conservation trails through the old cranberry bog. Close to the beach and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and grill. Beautiful home - can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful LDW at Belle's Gift!

We loved our stay at Belle's Gift. We all had plenty of space to enjoy and relax and loved that the house had bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels. The full kitchen equipped with everything we needed was very helpful when we needed to make dinner for our large group! 10/10 would recommend booking this property. Looking forward to next year!

Another wonderful stay at Belle's Gift 2025

We return to Belle's Gift each year with our college aged children to connect before they begin their Summer commitments. Bob and Virginia's island home is a blissful, private retreat where you can hear the ocean and unwind. The property is equipped with a fabulous stash of beach chairs, coolers, and bikes that make enjoying the beach very easy. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

Belle’s Gift was a wonderful place - everyone was so happy. The location is quiet, so many deer and a beautifully maintained property. The house has everything - the kitchen wonderfully stocked. Beautiful property

We were all so pleased with our stay at Belle’s Gift. We had 10 family & friends staying & had plenty of room. The house is stocked with everything & anything you may have forgotten or needed. 50 years of summering in Nantucket

My family and I have been coming to Nantucket since the early 1970s. My parents and two brothers and I all own or owned properties in the Wauwinet, Squam, Polpis, Quidnet area. The best part of the island in our view. This is a beautiful property with a very charming Nantucket home and experience. Everything we wanted. Backs up on my favorite place to walk Squam Farm and close to great 4W beach access for fishing, swimming, picnicking and beautiful vistas. A great place to decompress with family and friends.

Could not have been better.

We felt immediately comfortable upon entering the house and the layout for the multi-generational family members was ideal. And the cottage was a real bonus! Our two young adult sons loved having their own space. We spent time in the large backyard, lounging in the family room, taking beautiful sunset pictures from the upstairs deck, and taking many beautiful walks from the house. Can't say enough good things about the property. Just hoping we all get another opportunity to stay here. Thank you!

Another Amazing Stay!

I almost don’t want to give such a rave review because I don’t want others to know about this gem! This was our second stay at the property. It is absolutely beautiful. Private and tranquil. Sprawling yard. Beautiful garden and landscaping. Two great houses on the property that are well laid out and equipped. We have a large family and have all been able to fit which has been so nice for us. Amazing location close to town and sconset. The closest beach is never crowded and has access to a pond so is a great option for families with small kids. And the host has always been easy to contact, responsive, and very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!!

Belle’s Gift

“The Grey Lady” was in full force all week; only on our last day did the sun shine. But the week was still wonderful because we we’re staying at Belle’s Gift. The home, the cottage, the setting, the landscaping, the rolling meadow, the entire property is enchanting. Everything you need for a small intimate dinner or a huge clambake is there. As are bikes, towels, beach chairs, games , jigsaw puzzles… the list goes on. AND 2 sets of heavy duty washers & dryers with all the detergent & supplies you’ll ever need. You can tell this is a home, not just a rental. And Bob Vidoni couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating to all our requests. We hope to return again and we highly recommend this wonderful place.

Graduation Vacation

We had an amazing week at this compound, which is better than the pictures show. We had 12 adults the first 2 days, then dropped to 10. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably, with the millennials in the cottage and the parents in the main house. We did set the fire alarm off when broiling something, so pay attention to the alarm code word when the owner sends you checkin instructions - which only works when one of your family members unbeknownst to you does NOT unplug the house phone (true story). We were blessed with beautiful weather and biked everyday - using our own bikes, some rentals, and one or 2 on the property. And the owner was a great communicator. The bottom line is that this property was the perfect place to top off a neat graduation on the mainland.

A truly wonderful property

Our visit at Belle's Gift was absolutely lovely. This is not simply a rental. It is someone's cherished home who graciously allows guests. Everything about this property is welcoming, well maintained and well thought out. You felt like you were at a friend's home. It was a pleasure to spend a week here with our young adult aged children before they all went off in different directions for the Summer. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The home has everything you may need for a stay on Nantucket...including a well stocked kitchen (the variety of spices was magnificent), bikes to ride to the beach, beach towels, etc. The actual property is gorgeous...a massive yard where the kids played football and the pups chased bunnies. We explored the island by day, and cooked and relaxed by evening. Thank you to Bob and his family for sharing their slice of heaven with us. We hope to be back next Summer. Best, the Vigneaux Family

Wonderful week in Nantucket

We spent a week at the property and it was absolutely perfect. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group of kids and adults and the property was absolutely stunning. Both houses were kept in great shape and well maintained. 3 acres of pristine lawn where the kids could run and play and all could lounge and relax. You could have stayed on the property the whole time and had a beautiful vacation. The location was also perfect. Less than 1 minute drive to the local beach which was never crowded. One of the few local beaches where you have ocean on one side and a pond on the other which was a great option for easier swimming for the little kids. Just down the driveway from the house were walking trails, which was another great feature. And for convenience, the property was perfectly situated between Sconset (less than 10 mins) and downtown Nantucket (less than 15 mins). We even biked to Sconset a few times - the house has two great cruiser bikes! We absolutely loved it and hope to come stay again soon!!

An awesome week

We had 4 generations stay at Belles gift, and it could not have gone better. There is everything you need for any activity, and the kitchens, beds, appliances were all fantastic. The huge lot of land is beautiful, and we came home to a family of deer at the end of each day. Very cool to be greeted like that, the kids loves it. Plenty of opportunities to relax, and a 2 minute drive to the secluded Quidnet Beach. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Thank you to the Vidoni family for being awesome hosts.

Perfect location, Perfect week

The title says it all! The property was beautiful and spacious. It was private and comfortable with all the amenities. The owners were responsive and welcoming. I would recommend this property for any group of any age.

Beautiful home with endless space

The property exceeded our expectations! It was so spacious, well maintained, and felt homey as soon as we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home and recommend it for others. We suggest to take advantage of all the amenities offered by the home such as bicycles, the grill, the stunning outdoor space, the comfortable living room, and the sun decks.

Beautiful Belle's Gift

Our stay at Belle's Gift was wonderful. The house and grounds are great. A lovely, private retreat in Quidnet. The owners, Bob and Virginia, are lovely to work with and keep the house really well provisioned. We can't wait to return!

Idyllic

Had never stayed in Quidnet before - we are now sold. This property is amazing! Rolling green hills. Bike ride to beach. Best value on island.
