As you have suggested, we have made improvements by posting more notices and informing our guests directly about the problem such as keeping quiet for others. Of course this was already done before, but we now made it even more thorough and clearer. However, besides our private rooms, if it is our dormitories, then it cannot be helped to some extent. Thank you for your review and rating . Unfortunately , our hostel do not have a free refrigerator. Aside from our guesthouse, there’s also our restaurant and the bar together. But we have a free washing machine for guests at the terrasse. We will do our best to improve.

この度は当館をご利用頂き誠にありがとうございました。 施設や雰囲気に関しまして、ありがたいお言葉頂戴いたしまして、心より感謝申し上げます。 立地に関しましては、確かにおっしゃる通りでございます。 当館は、奈良駅からタクシーで５分ほど、徒歩で15〜20分ほどかかる場所にございます。しかし、世界遺産が集中する東大寺や興福寺、元興寺、春日大社、奈良公園などへも、15分ほどで散策できる、ちょうどよい距離感であると、多くのお客様よりご好評もいただいております。 ぜひ奈良へお越しの際には、また当館をお選びいただけましたら幸いです。 またのご来館を従業員一同心から楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。
