Checked in around 9pm. We got up to our room, opened the door and realized we were put in a double queen room, but had booked a king. Immediately went back down to the front desk where we were told they had sold out of king rooms. We booked a king for $198, and was charged $250 for the double. They didn't tell us they had sold out of king rooms and were putting us in another room. We had to find out when we got up to the room. We requested a refund and left. Not a great experience.

DO NOT STAY - terrible experience
Absolutely horrendous. Mandatory valet parking with excessive fee and incredibly rude staff. Our hire car was badly scratched by them, and they had the audacity to suggest we had scratched it ourselves and was pinning it on them. Hotel manager got involved but was apathetic, and we've been perusing the valet company since but are now actively being ignored. The hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name and needs better management, hygiene and a car parking service not run by patronizing and deliberately contentious staff.

The bed sheets had blood stains on them. There was moldy food in the fridge. The staff argued with us about not receiving our complimentary water. Most of the staff was rude. Would never stay at this location again.

We stayed here the first time we came to Nashville and absolutely loved it, so we wanted to stay again when we came back and it didn’t disappoint! EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER HAS BEEN AMAZING! We got snowed in and couldn’t get our flight out and they were so amazing and accommodating!!

Could hardly watch tv- remote/system issues. Front desk wouldn’t acknowledge us too busy talking to coworker, pillows terrible, room heater loud non adjustable fins blows in your face while sleeping, coffee maker had issues, room keys didn’t work, mattress cover on bed too small kept coming off, hard to get door lock to respond to key card. Valets we’re great.
