THE LOCATION:

Located on the third floor of a luxury apartment building in the beautiful neighborhood of Germantown. It`s walkable streets of are lined with lush greenery and historic homes, creating a welcoming and picturesque neighborhood.

Close enough for a 5min Uber/10min scooter/25min walk to Broadway, but is far enough away from Broadway to enjoy a tranquil, peaceful, cozy night in.

Please use the entire space and the amenities in the apartment complex to your heart`s content!

We are available via the Airbnb app 10am-7pm and will respond to messages immediately, typically within a few minutes.

Outside of those hours, one of our four cohosts will accommodate any immediate needs as soon as possible.

We have an amazing local co-host, Michelle, who lives a few minutes away for any emergencies or on-site needs.

If preferred, we can provide our cell #`s for call/text communication instead of the app. Just let us know!

We are very committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible and appreciate any and all feedback!

- Unfortunately we do not book to locals.

- Please add pets to your stay if you are bringing one. We do not allow pets on beds or furniture. There will be a $200 charge for any pet caused damage to fixtures/furniture/linens

- Please be mindful of the Key Fob to the gated private parking lot. There will be a $60 fee if it is missing or damaged. The next guest needs it too!
