Dit gezellige en comfortabele appartement met 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer bevindt zich op loopafstand van populaire restaurants, bars, coffeeshops en nog veel meer, en ligt op minder dan 10 minuten rijden van het centrum van Nashville.

Gelegen in de populaire wijk Lockeland Springs in East Nashville, biedt deze ruimte een geweldige combinatie van locatie, privacy, ontspanning en waarde! Met een open plattegrond, hoge plafonds en veel ramen, kunt u genieten van een rustige en comfortabele onderbreking van huis en toch slechts enkele minuten verwijderd van de actie!

Deze 475 vierkante voet ruimte heeft twee kamers, met een comfortabele nieuwe koningin bed, een tweepersoons slaapbank, een eigen badkamer, een kleine woonkamer naast het bed, en een zit / eethoek, met een tafel en stoelen.

Inclusief een grote koelkast / vriezer, Keurig-machine (inclusief koffie), magnetron en warm / koud gefilterd water.

Er is een wasmachine en droger beschikbaar voor gebruik binnenin het apparaat.

De ruimte grenst aan ons gerenoveerde huis uit 1896 en heeft een volledig afgescheiden, eigen ingang. Het is op het tweede verhaal, een trap op.

Check-in / out: 4 PM/11AM (uitzonderingen kunnen meestal worden gemaakt om aan uw schema te voldoen als dit van tevoren met mij wordt gecoördineerd).

Bobby and his property were fantastic. The property is clean, modern and spacious. He provided a number of suggestions for food and music-they were all spot on. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a fantastic bakery, Mama Bread, and restaurant, Locklead Table (make a reservation), just a few minutes walk away. The five pointes area (just a 15 minute walk) has great food options (Margot's Cafe is a fantastic French restaurant-make reservation) and music venues. The WeGo bus running downtown is a five minute walk from the property and costs one dollar each way for seniors (you can also purchase a 4/day pass). Can't recommend this property and host enough.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the bed was great. The neighborhood is very walkable and fun. The bus system is excellent, and the stop was only 2 minutes away from the apartment. Our host Bobby was very attentive making sure we comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place!!!! Hope to come back again!!

Cannot say enough good things about the space or the host. The space was clean, very thoughtfully designed and organized, and made my stay so easy. Bobby was friendly and very accessible via the app and text! My only note relates to location - NOT a critique but a tip if you aren’t familiar with the city and staying here without a car and relying on Uber/Lyft — use the reserve/schedule a ride feature if you have any time sensitive activities in the Gulch (dinner reservations, show tickets, wedding things) to ensure a ride. Traffic between East Nashville and Downtown can be a little tricky. .

Exactly what I needed

Great location, clean and comfortable

Really enjoyed this VRBO. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated. Perfect size for me and my boyfriend. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so this was easy walking distance to them, but also to coffee shops, small bars, restaurant and other shops. Easy walk to 5 points and short drive into downtown.
