You will be centrally located with no need for a car at this location. Many things are within walking distance as we are located near some of Nashville's most desirable, rapidly growing areas - Belmont / Hillsboro Village / 12 South. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our home is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

Great location nestled in the trendy Hillsboro Village area. Walking distance to Belmont, 12 South, and 21st Ave boutiques & restaurants. Just 3 miles to downtown Broadway bars. WALK to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in either of Nashville's most charming neighborhoods: 0.6 mi to lots of options along 21st Ave. S. and 1 mile to the murals & shopping of 12 South. 4 min walk to Kroger, close to the interstate, with great proximity to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Green Hills just down the road.

There is shared parking connected to the condo building, but if you don't bring a car, this area is walkable and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. You are 4 min walking distance to a Kroger for groceries as well as endless shopping & restaurant options along 21st Ave. / Hillsboro Village.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. $75 pet fee and they must be added to your reservation. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
