'My family and I loved everything about this property. The location was close to great restaurants and shopping. Public transportation was a short walk. The washer/dryer combo in the room was the cherry on top. The Grand MONday will be our go to spot on future trips to Tokyo.'

'This property is only 5 minutes away from Tokyo Station Yaesu exit, and short walk to Takashimaya department in Nihonbashi. Room was very clean modern I particularly liked Bathroom which has washing space and shower outside bathtub. All the staff were polite, respond quickly with smile . I had a lovely stay.‘ll recommend to my friends. Thank you very much.'

'Daily cleaning and free water bottles. Good bed, people are very friendly. Quiet area so you can get a good rest. Subway station right in front of the hotel and a 7eleven next doors. Room and bathroom rather small, not very convenient for two people with 2 suitcases. Breakfast has a lot to offer, but mainly Japanese cuisine so if you’re looking for a slice of cheese on your toast, you won’t have any luck.'

'The pictures don't do this hotel justice. This was a luxury stay with all the amenities at your disposal and a convenient location to all that Tokyo has to offer. The staff were wonderful and I hope to stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo'

'De ligging van het hotel is top. Dicht bij winkels, restaurants en naast de metro. Onze kamer was ruim voor een hotel in Tokio, ik zou er een volgende keer weer voor kiezen. '

'The staff was very friendly and kind. We didn’t have a lot of interaction and that was ok. They were quick and helped with anything I asked. Well-spoken English. The rooms were incredible and spacious. We really loved this hotel and wished we booked it again on our way out of Tokyo. It was amazing.'

'The staff are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean but I must say a bit dated. The room was very small especially for 4 people. There was a lot of closet space though but it was still difficult to maneuver especially with luggages and stuff. I felt like they were a bit stingy as far as towels but I'm pretty sure they would have provided us more, if we asked. For so little space, maybe some hooks to hang stuff would have helped. We loved the free toiletries including nice...
