'Very well set up space, and friendly staff. The infrequent room cleaning is a bit of a bummer - would be better if I didn’t have to bag and leave my trash outside my room every non-cleaning day. Other than that, it was great, and convenient to the subway, and a short walk from lots of amenities. '

The complimentary snacks/lollies/drinks/tea & coffee made a great hub for our family/travel group to meet or debrief. The staff were all so helpful and lovely - they were even able to phone restaurants and make bookings for us, due to speaking in Japanese. The only downside to the hotel, is the laundry facility has 4x washer/dryer - whilst cycle is cheap, and runs for 2hrs, it only works...

"Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Lossen direct verzoeken of evt klachten zeer snel op. Hotelkamer zeer schoon en goed geïsoleerd waardoor je de airco niet eens aan hoeft te zetten in de nacht in hartje zomer. Enige minpunt was dat de kussens van het bed niet echt comfortabel was.
