'The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options e.g. omelette, sausage biscuits and home fries! Fresh baked cookies in the evening! The front desk staff (Dawna) was stellar! She was immediately responsive to all requests and exhibited the highest standards. She was kind and caring providing excellent services! She is a true gem and could be a trainer for the chain! Val the maintenance person was also extremely efficient and caring...

'Very thin walls. When the TV was on in the next room it seemed to be in our room. Keyless entry (no front desk) is difficult and simply means we did all the work. Key code is not provided much in advance.'

'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon. Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'was very clean except the floors definitely could be mopped/ scrubbed. i’d definitely stay there again. staff were very kind and quick to help. they don’t supply any soap but other than that i enjoyed my stay and the Air conditioner did wonders lol! '

'Arrived Early, Staff was very nice and had a room available, TY. We relayed that we paid extra for the King w/ a kitchen but none available, ok because we were kindly getting check in early. Dead roach on floor upon entry.. live small roach in the bathroom the next morning. Roach on wall near bed light when we came home that night. Roach in the bathroom again that night. Disgusting. 'I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid.'
