'Het hotel zit op een ideale locatie om heel New York snel met de metro te bereiken. Op loopafstand goed eten voor elk moment van de dag. Ook op loopafstand van alle plekken die je in Downtown Manhattan gezien wilt hebben. Het is verder een rustige locatie. Veel relaxter dan rondom Times Square te verblijven. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Voor mij de 3e keer New York, maar mocht er een vierde komen, zou ik zeker weer hier verblijven!'

Tribeca and Battery Park are a good place to stay, very safe.

'Wat een fantastisch hotel is Lyric. Grote kamer die niet alleen voorzien is van een volledige keuken, maar ook nog eens erg stil is. Vooral voor New York! Ze hebben echt aan alles gedacht! Bluetooth speakers om muziek te luisteren, tv met Netflix en white noise machine voor de lichte slapers. Fantastisch!!'

Thank you for the handwritten birthday card, flowers with my breakfast, and valet for being classy gentlemen. I appreciate their kindness and attention to my every need during my stay. 'The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport.

'Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again.'

'Excellent hotel, very convenient place with multiple subway stations within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Rooms were clean and kept clean during the week. No experience with the breakfast and dinner options because we would always eat somewhere else. Overall a very good pick for a citytrip.'

The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. '

But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

"Prima ligging, redelijk dicht bij metrostations, winkeltje in hotel ook handig. Kamers wel klein en geen opbergruimte. Resort fee belachelijk prijzig voor wifi en 2 blikken water per dag.
Rooftop bar erg leuk maar helaas bij ons slechte bediening."

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en als je iets nodig hebt, wordt je snel geholpen."
"Dichtbij de subway en leuke koffietentjes= ideale locatie voor ons. Kamers zijn niet al te groot. Heel de dag door kan je bij de receptie flesjes water gratis pakken. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de 19e verdieping zit een dakterras."
"Fijn hotel op top locatie. Dichtbij metro, 9/11 memorial, Battery park, Brooklyn Bridge. Allemaal op loopafstand. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone hanndoeken en gratis flesjes water (kan ook anders in NY 😃) We hadden een kamer op hoge verdieping (24e) en dan hoor je niets van het lawaai van stad en verkeer. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Enige minpuntje zijn de smalle Queensize bedden. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 3/4 personen, alleen de bedden echt te smal. "

"Drie nachten verbleven in Sonder. Mooi appartement maar dit is geen hotel! Het is een appartementencomplex en daarom zijn er ook geen voorzieningen zoals bar, restaurant, schoonmaak etc. Dat viel ons een beetje tegen omdat je voor alles de deur uit moet. Er is een zwembadje maar ook daar zijn geen voorzieningen dus da’s een beetje saai. Het appartement is wel van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals volledig ingerichte keuken, was-en droogcombinatie.
Buiten wordt wel op heel veel plekken geblowd, dus je moet wel tegen de wietlucht kunnen als je New York bezoekt. Wij vonden dat niet zo geweldig. We zijn al vaak in NY geweest maar het is nu wel heel erg geworden. "
